- Service Non-Delivery: If an influencer fails to deliver the agreed-upon content or service within the specified timeframe.
- Substantial Non-Performance: If the delivered content significantly deviates from the agreed-upon campaign requirements, rendering it unusable for the intended purpose.
- Unauthorized Transactions: If a payment was made without the account holder's authorization.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:
- Change of Mind: Deciding not to proceed with the campaign after services have commenced.
- Partial Dissatisfaction: Minor issues with the delivered content that do not substantially impact the campaign's objectives.
- Non-Compliance with Guidelines: Failure to provide clear and complete campaign guidelines to the influencer.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Contact our support team at support@collabify.au within 7 days of the issue arising.
- Provide your campaign details, including the order number, influencer involved, and a detailed description of the issue.
- Include any relevant evidence supporting your claim, such as correspondence or content samples.
Refund Assessment and Processing
Upon receiving a refund request, we will:
- Review the provided information and evidence.
- Assess the situation in accordance with our refund eligibility criteria.
- Communicate our decision to you within 14 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
